Rate & terms
Call for current rates and availability. Rent is paid monthly. The resident signs a month-to-month Housing Agreement. First payment and deposit are due before move-in; the deposit amount is set at application. W-9 and Housing Agreement are provided the same day they're requested.

What this home is not
Dream Shift Homes provides residential housing. We do not provide medical treatment, personal care, supervision, or medication management. Residents arrange their own services and appointments with providers of their choosing.
We are also not an emergency shelter. This is a rental home at a public address, and we cannot provide a confidential location, on-site security, or safety planning.
