Is this a treatment program or a recovery home?
No. This is a private rental home with a no-alcohol, no-drugs household rule. We are not a treatment program and we do not provide care or supervision.
Who can apply?
Any adult. Applications are reviewed individually.
Do you run a background check?
Applications are reviewed individually. There is no automatic no based on a record.
Do you take housing vouchers?
Voucher holders are welcome to apply. We work through the Housing Authority process with you; it takes several weeks and we'll be straight with you about where you are in it.
Is the home co-ed?
Yes. Bedrooms are shared with residents of the same gender.
What's included?
A furnished space in a shared bedroom, with bedding, WiFi, water, electricity, gas, shared kitchen, laundry, backyard and pool. Groceries are not included.
When can I move in?
Spaces are available now. Apply today and we'll call you.
Can my case manager see the residence first?
Yes, and we'd prefer it. Call to set up a time, or book a walk-through online.
